Code of Conduct

The Code of Conduct is the basic standard that establishes the behavioral guidelines Viamed commits to in its business activities and defines the behavior expected from its professionals and collaborators, ensuring ethical, social, environmental, and responsible corporate conduct.

The Code of Conduct is based on the applicable current regulations to the activities carried out by Viamed companies, which shall supplement anything not expressly regulated in the code or its internal regulations.

Health & Safety

For Viamed, the safety of our employees is a top priority. We work daily to improve our Safety Culture, creating a safe and healthy work environment through the involvement of management, employees, and partners. Our approach is positive, inclusive, participative, and continuously improves safety and health conditions across our centers.

  • Acquisition of innovative, high-quality safety materials and equipment
  • Design and implementation of a communication channel to report safety improvement suggestions to all Viamed members
  • Conducting awareness campaigns in various formats (brochures, posters, videos, etc.)
  • All Board of Directors and Management Committee meetings start with reviewing the root-cause analysis of all workplace accidents causing leave at any Viamed center

All these efforts result in a significant reduction in workplace accidents across our centers.
