Code of Conduct

Our Code of Conduct is the basic standard that establishes the patterns of behaviour required by Viamed in its business activity and the patterns of behaviour expected of its professionals and collaborators in order for them to act in a socially and environmentally responsible and ethical way in their professional endeavours.

The Code of Conduct is based on current legal requirements applicable to the activities carried out by Viamed companies, which will always supplement any areas not expressly regulated in the Code or in the Group’s internal regulations.

Health and Safety

For Viamed, the safety of our workers is paramount and so we work every day to improve our Safety Culture, where management, workers, and partners create a safe and healthy working environment together. The development of our Safety Culture is done in a positive way, based on inclusion, participation, and the continuous improvement of health and safety conditions in our facilities.

  • Procurement of high-quality and innovative safety materials and elements.
  • Design and implementation of a communication channel to notify all Viamed members of safety improvement proposals.
  • Running awareness and information campaigns in different formats (leaflets, billboards, videos, etc.)
  • All meetings of Viamed’s Board of Directors and Management Committee begin with a review of the root cause analysis of all work-related accidents leading to sick leave that have occurred at any Viamed facility.

All of the above translates into a significant decrease in the number of work-related accidents in our facilities.
